Paul did an amazing job at selling my mom’s condo. It was a difficult process for us after my father passed away. Paula understood the market, location and condo owner’s needs extremely well. She was able to highlight the great features, locations and benefits of the property. As with all transactions, issues pop up that require attention. Paula handled them swiftly and was able to get a great resolution for both parties. In the end, she was able to get us our asking price and we closed within 6 weeks of listing the property. Paula in incredible! She worked dillgently for 5 months including hosting Open Houses almost every weekend other than holidays. She had a personal tradgedy occur in January and had Erica Swansey step in for awhile and Erica was great also! I was surprised how quickly Paula was able to come back to work, though perhaps its how she was able to partially stop grieving.This process also occured during our divorce and they were both sensitive to our situation and worked with both of us seperately and together when there were issues.I would highly reccomend Paula to anyone as she makes selling your house her priority!Lloyd Mandel
